I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The spacious rooms and attentive service were definitely highlights. However, the noise from the nightlife beyond 11 PM was a bit disruptive, and getting the light fixed in the shower area took longer than expected. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but some improvements could be made.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were quite spacious, and I appreciated having two bathroom areas, which is great for privacy. However, I could hear the nightlife outside after 11 PM, which made it a little less peaceful.
Service
8.0
The service was attentive and convenient, even if there was a little hiccup with my name being misidentified. They were also working next door, which was slightly disappointing, but overall, the staff was really accommodating without being intrusive.
Location
7.0
The location is good if you're looking for a variety of dining experiences and bars, although it felt a bit tucked away in an alley. With everything accessible by transport, it has its perks, but the Q codes for pool service menus could enhance the experience.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were varied and what I had was quite tasty, though I wish I had received a call to let me know our room would be ready late. It would be nice for families to get a few more options.
Facilities
7.0
While the facilities were decent, especially the amenities available, I think there is room for improvement when it comes to the small details. Overall, they were sufficient but not truly outstanding.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with beautiful and modern rooms offering a fantastic view of the waterfront. While the service was generally pleasant, I did feel there were some coordination issues that could be improved. The location was absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of everything. However, the dining experience was not as expected and could use some enhancement. Overall, it's a decent spot for a getaway, especially with the breathtaking views.

The rooms were beautiful, modern, and excellently appointed with an amazing view of the Waitemata harbor. Unfortunately, they weren't serviced during our stay, so we ended up running out of towels.

This hotel offers great amenities like a lap pool and a hot pool, making for a relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I found the noise level around the pool area to be quite high at times. Service was excellent; I appreciated the thoughtful upgrade as a nice gesture. Although the dining experience was commendable, I wished for a bit more variety during breakfast. Overall, it's a solid choice for a spa retreat, but just be prepared for some noise.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, boasting an incredible view, although I did face a slight delay during check-in due to a fire alarm. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The location is great, right next to the ASB Theatre and close to various dining options, but it could use a little more character. Overall, I felt it offered good value for money, especially with the amenities provided.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel, and I have to say, the amenities and overall experience were exceptional. The rooms were gorgeous, though the street noise from the nearby restaurants and bars was a bit distracting. The service was helpful, even offering an upgrade that really improved our stay. Overall, while the price for the room was on the higher side, the luxurious offerings made it worthwhile, despite some minor inconveniences.
